We want you to be completely satisfied with your Omorovicza purchase; therefore, we offer a 30-day return window for products in their original, unused condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, skincare items must be unopened and include all original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original box, ensuring all protective seals are intact and including the original delivery note inside.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from our portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
